Happy 2025! We are excited to introduce the latest version of Program Director, packed with time-saving features designed to make day to day radio production easier and more efficient.
Voicetrack Fusion: Voice Job Notifications
Stay informed about your upcoming Voice Jobs with our new notification engine, designed to keep you updated on newly scheduled and urgent Voice Jobs.
New Voice Jobs You'll receive a notification after the scheduler runs, detailing the station, Shift time, and the number of new Voice Jobs scheduled.
Urgent Voice Jobs When there’s less than an hour to complete one or many Voice Jobs in an upcoming Shift, you’ll receive a timely alert – you will not receive multiple annoying notifications for each additional Voice Jobs within that hour.
Notification Management You can pause notifications during your off hours by setting a “hold” period. Once the hold ends, you'll get a summary of any Voice Jobs scheduled during that time.
Delivery Options Choose how you'd like to receive notifications—via email, SMS, or both. You can also customize notifications for "New" or "Urgent" updates.
This streamlined system ensures you never miss important updates while giving you control over when and how you're notified.
Reassign Shifts
You can now reassign any upcoming Shift to another Voice User from the Shifts List page:
Right-click on a Shift.
Select "Reassign Shift" and choose another Voice User from the list.
The new user will take over responsibility of the previous user’s Voice Jobs.
AI-Powered Transcriptions
Easily access transcriptions for content elements across Program Director.
Voicetrack Fusion Record Console A new “T” button next to the Download button displays the transcription of your most recent Voicetrack recording.
Stream Log Content in the Broadcast log page now also includes a “T” button to better identify the Content element programmed.
Stream Log: Track Playback
Preview any Track or Content in your upcoming Broadcast log with the new playback feature.
Copy-a-Clock
You can now duplicate and customize Clocks within a station without affecting the original. This significantly streamlines your workflow when making programming tweaks. Steps to duplicate and edit a Clock are as follows:
Go to the Clocks tab in the Grid.
Right-click a Clock in the list and select “Duplicate”.
A copy of the Clock will appear in the list.
Open the duplicate Clock to edit its name and programming.
To add the Clock to the Grid, choose a section, click “Use Existing” and select your new Clock.
