In the Programs area of Program Director, there's a section called Shows. Here, you can easily make an ordered list of songs and content, like a "Rock Top Twenty" Show. You can create weekly or daily Episodes and use these either as part of your Station programming on the Grid, or create a standalone version as a flat audio file for download and distribution.

Show Creation.
Upon setting up your Show, which houses your Episodes, there are a few configurations to set:
- Name. The name of your Show.
- Context Name. This is a relationship identifier used to indicate what "type" of area Content is targeted for playback. Using a Show format such as “Rock” that spans across numerous Shows in your library would be a great Context Name for targeting similar Content for playback across all "Rock" Shows.
- Context Id. Similar to the Context Name, but one level deeper is the Context Id. Instead of using "Rock" as a broader format to target to, this allows for precision targeting to a specific Show such as "rockTopTwenty" and the Episode number. When inputting into the form, the camel case format must be used.
- Duration Mode. There are three options:
- Unlimited. There is no time constraint for the designated Show.
- Recommended. Guidance on a time range can be set for this Show. For example, “Minimum: 30 minutes” and “Maximum 60 minutes”.
- Required. A time range constraint can be set to ensure that when creating an Episode, the total duration of all the music tracks and content must fit within the bounds of the time range.
Episode Creation.
Episodes are an ordered list of music tracks and recorded content, and are programmed very similarly to Playlists by dragging and dropping music and content from the right hand search panel into the target zone of the Episode Details Page. (As seen in the above image) The main difference is that Episodes can contain recorded content files, and unlike Playlists, Episodes can be downloaded as a whole as a flat audio file for review and distribution.
Mixdowns.
In the upper right hand corner of the Episode Details Page is a Mixdown configuration module. A Mixdown is a sequence of audio files that gets processed using Super Hi-Fi’s audio AI, creating a fully mixed and produced audio file instantly. You have the following options within the module:
- Download. Clicking this will download a .tar package containing various audio files of the current version of your Episode:
- Full .wav and .m4a audio files of the specific Episode version.
- .wav and .m4a audio files of a radio Aircheck of the current Episode version. The Aircheck files provide you with an audio file of only the transition portions of your Episode, such that you can quickly listen and observe the AI production logic that has been applied to each transition.
- Regenerate. If you want to make a change to the order of the Episode elements, or update the transitions by editing Posts on music tracks, you can go and make those changes, and then regenerate your Mixdown files. This process can be repeated until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

Performance improvements have been introduced for dragging and dropping elements from the right hand search panel into the target zone of the Episode Details Page. When working in the Shows section you should experience a noted increase in speed within the selection and placement of audio files from the search list to specific positions in your Episode sequence.
Prior to this release it was not particularly easy to add additional tracks to the end of Episodes with many items. We have now provided navigation improvements that allow you to more easily add tracks at the end of an Episode list.

A variety of improvements and fixes have been put in place for the upcoming customer facing release of the Voice Synthesis section next week:
- A fix for the volume controls not adhering to user input values has been updated.
- Icon positioning and coloring are now according to specifications.
- Disabled Chrome auto suggest within the GPT input form.
- After invoking the upload event, a fix was provided to allow the GPT send call to once again function as expected.
- The audio History section had visual imperfections rendering navigation cumbersome which have now been resolved.
- Updates to icon design in the left hand navigation panel.
- The clear link was previously disappearing when text was still in the bottom field, this is now resolved.
Programs:
Improvements to how the system handles image sizing throughout the Programs section has been put in place last sprint. This development effort resulted in faster image and page load times within the Programs section.
Scheduling workflow improvements are now live. Upon new station creation, a version of your programming must first be saved (“Apply Changes”) before scheduling to the stream log, this workflow is now reflected within the system.
Streams:
Global time zones are now supported for stream configurations. The platform supports the tz database, which is a collaborative compilation of information about the world's time zones, primarily intended for use with computer programs and operating systems. This database contains the organizational backing of ICANN, as is also known as tzdata, the zoneinfo database or IANA time zone database.
